Alex came to the Victorious Faith Refuge Home in March of 2006 from Sino County. Alex’s mother brought him to the refuge home and explained that the father never took responsibility for Alex, making life very difficult for her. Two days after enrolling Alex in the home, the mother, who was a member of Victorious Faith Ministries Church, died of Tuberculosis. Alex is very quiet and is an only child.
