Esther came to the Victorious Faith Refuge Home in April of 2005 from Lofa County, a rural interior highland area of Liberia. Esther (the namesake of Ester’s Hope) was born to teenage parents and brought to the refuge home by close relatives. Esther loves to play with the other children in the Refuge Home.
