Isaac came to the Victorious Faith Refuge Home in April of 2005 from the Doe Community of Monrovia, a very poor community in the capital city. As a result of his dad being insane, Isaac’s mother left them both. With Isaac’s father insane and unable to care for him, Isaac’s uncle brought him to the refuge home.
