Peter came to the Victorious Faith Refuge Home in April of 2005 from Grand Kru County, a southeastern coastal area of Liberia. Peter was born to a teenage girl who abandoned him at her friend’s house. Her friend eventually brought him to the refuge home. Peter is very quiet and enjoys reading, writing, soccer and toys.
